VelocityCare — Daleville

I recently had a concern about a possible bug bite on my foot so I went to VelocityCare—Daleville. Not only was the location convenient to my work, there was ample parking and a very minimal wait. Being a new facility, it was very clean and everyone from the front desk staff to the nurse and doctor was very pleasant and cheerful. My nurse, Courtney, and physician, Dr. Coates, were welcoming and made me feel well taken care of. They both really seemed to listen and were very personable. I felt Dr. Coates asked the appropriate questions and prescribed an appropriate treatment plan. Checkout was easy and I even received a follow-up call a couple of days later; a great experience overall!"
